YogoCream Refund & Cancellation Policy
At YogoCream, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products and want every customer to have a delightful experience. Because our products are perishable food items, we are generally unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up.
Refunds for Product or Order Issues
If your order is incorrect, damaged, missing an item, or you experience a quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request your order information and photographs of the product or packaging so we can review the issue.
Once reviewed, YogoCream may, as appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund. Refunds are determined based on the circumstances of each order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before preparation or production has begun. Once an order is being prepared, packaged, or scheduled for delivery, cancellation or a full refund may not be available.
Custom, catering, and large-quantity orders may be subject to separate cancellation requirements because products and materials may be prepared specifically for your order.
Change of Mind
Due to the perishable nature of our yogurt, dairy products, sweets, and beverages, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, personal taste preferences, or products that have been improperly stored or handled after delivery or pickup.
Delivery Issues
If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us promptly. YogoCream is not responsible for products left unattended at the delivery location, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or improper storage after successful delivery.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
